Hey my name is Jamie Terrill and I'm a tokusatsu enthusiast. Last year Hasbro bought the rights to power rangers and as a result Shoutfactory.com has halted new releases of the super sentai series which power rangers draws most of it's footage from.

This is deeply upsetting to me as power rangers is just SO BORING! I don't mean to offend fans of power rangers, but i feel that it isn't fair that Hasbro might be forcing us to settle for the dumbed down, Americanized version just when we were finally getting the original Japanese versions on DVD. Shouldn't fans be entitled to freedom of choice? After all, that's one of the principals America was built on!

If you care about super Sentai, power rangers or even tokusatsu in general than please help sign this petition, that is unless you want to keep hearing stupid lines like "I'm going to cover the entire planet in purple goo! And purple goo ain't ain't good for you!" Or "Whoa! That's so coo-coo bananas!!" Or be subjected to the wooden acting that plagues power rangers. Super Sentai may be a bit cheesy too, but at least it knows when to take themselves seriously but too seriously and it has better acting to boot!
