A lot of students think that History lessons in schools around Malta shouldn’t be impulsory and exams of this subject shouldn’t be given. Instead, History should be chosen as a subject from the student for it to be given as an exam.

Reasons:

• History is hard (need to know certain details and dates)
• History will never be used in our future lives (unless your job relates to History which applies to the fact that it should be a chosen subject.)
