SHOPEE sellers & buyers DESERVES a reliable courier. REMOVE NinjaVan from Shopee MY!
The Issue
As a Shopee Seller using Ninjavan as an integrated courier, have you ever:
1.) Prepared shipments to ensure your clients gets it on time only for Ninjavan to not pick up the shipment that caused delay in delivery?
2.) Meticulously ensure that your products are safe by preparing them with ample protection, only to find that your shipment would arrive to the customer damaged. What is worst, NINJAVAN would say that it's your fault?
3.) Patiently wait and monitor shipments only to realize that that the shipment is being returned to you (seller) without even any attempt to deliver to your customer who is patiently waiting?
4.) Wait for countless days passed the point of provided delivery time without getting an update?
As a Shopee seller that uses the online platform to conduct business, we heavily rely on the expertise of competent couriers that is able to provide the assurance that shipments are collected and delivered in the same condition they are sent.
We need a courier that is able to provide on-time updates on delivery to buyers who would take their precious time off their busy schedule simply waiting for a shipment that may or may not arrive because couriers are too lazy to update their tracker.
We need a courier that cares for the products we sell and ship because these are investments not only in my money but also our reputation.
Ninjavan is a courier that does not embody this advocacy!!!. They have caused countless interruption in business for delayed pick up and delivery, mishandling of shipments that have caused goods in prestine condition when sent to be damaged beyond resellable condition when it's delivered or returned. They have failed to provide you the service that is expected of them yet they blatantly advertise on their website what a delight it is to deliver your parcel.
WELL NO MORE!
Ninjavan needs to re-evaluate their mission, vision and goal as a company because they fail in every aspect that a courier business should excel on. We need to have a combined effort of informing Shopee that as sellers, we will not stand and take the blame of the courier for their incapacity to do their jobs. As Shopee Sellers who are being charged for every transaction conducted, WE DESERVE a courier that is able to provide us the service we need that will elevate our business further.
We need
- Action rather than another 24-48 hour time period for every inquiry.
- A reliable courier that is able to get their jobs done effectively, efficiently while ensuring that shipments are delivered without any faults due to negligence.
- We need a courier that delivers results, not excuses!
