As of 17th June 2021, Shopee removed the buyer’s ability to choose their favourite delivery partner. Buyers and sellers have no control over the delivery partner that will deliver the paid for parcel.

- This in return will result in delays of parcels, the possibility of your parcel being assigned to “Shopee Express” a platform known predominantly to LOSE parcels.

- This also will cause buyers to have no control over the speed of delivery based on urgency!

Sellers are unhappy and buyers are unhappy! Let’s plead to Shopee to bring the old system back where we can choose our delivery partner and cancel this new feature��
