"Keep Burrill Beautiful"

We have engaged an independent Town Planner "Ingenuity Planning". They are a firm which has been involved in many extensive development  cases within the Environmental Court. They have written an extensive letter with 6 points of concern.

1. SEPP (Coastal Management) non- compliance and insufficient evidence.

2. Hydraulic Impact upon watercourse not fully assessed.

3. Noise - Acoustic report should be peer reviewed

4. Height - Impact on existing built form not considered.

5. Public access to waterways - removed, still appears private, impact of additional deck not considered.

6. Use off public land for parking/drop off zone (princess ave south)

Therefore we have set up a funding page with "mycause" to gain funding, to be able to engage Planning Ingenuity and other consultants needed for this cause. I know this is a hard time for everyone, but if you can spare a few dollars to help us get this development scaled back, reduced in size and help us stop a precedent being set in our beautiful village of Burrill Lake, that would be greatly appreciated.
