Thank you for your ongoing support to help preserve our lakes foreshore and get a reduction in size of this development. There was a council meeting on Friday, via online, with a select few, due to Covid19 restrictions. There were many issues discussed, in particular the height and size of this development. Also the extent the deck will protrude out over the salt marsh and noise pollution. There have been updated plans added to the DA19/2160, with reports from various departments now made available to the public to read. They have reduced the height of the deck by 0.5 metres. A reduction in noise pollution down to 5dcb. There is an ecological report that you might find interesting to read. The council are now waiting on an updated report from the Department of Fisheries. There are still many concerns with this development and your ongoing support for this is greatly appreciated. You can still write to council council@shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au or give Brian Netzler a call on 02-44298999. Voice your concerns and lets get this development SCALED BACK! DEVELOPMENT CAN BE DONE BETTER! KEEP BURRILL BEAUTIFUL!
