Dear Shiamak,

We, the students of Shiamak USA, would like to take this opportunity to thank you for assigning Lester Fernandes and Anitha Prakash as our master instructor and senior instructor, respectively, at Shiamak USA. The intent of this letter is to request you to consider extending the tenure of Lester and Anitha in the USA.

We have learnt a lot from them in all the funks as well as the Intensive Dance Workshop. The sense of community they bring to the class is inexplicable. A great dancer may not be a great teacher. However, Lester and Anitha know how to make a non-dancer dance. And hence, we even requested for the intensive workshop to be continued during the Summer Funk. They have helped us significantly improve our dance skills and techniques. Also, since they have been teaching, there has been an overwhelming response because of which they had to start two additional Advance Batches in Manhattan.

Their knowledge and dedication is unparalleled, which has influenced us to take our innate interests in dance and transform it onto the stage. We have been able to grow in our love for dance through their teaching and instruction. Although we trust that other Shiamak instructors are good as well, we strongly believe that there is still so much to learn from Lester and Anitha. We are knee deep in the learning process and may feel that our learning has ended abruptly if they leave us so soon.

It is our heartfelt request to kindly extend the tenure of Lester and Anitha at Shiamak USA. We appreciate your time for accommodating this request and we hope we will get an opportunity to learn more from these two awesome instructors for a longer period of time.
