During the race at Canadaigua Speedway in NY, Tony Stewart and Kevin Ward Jr. got into a little bumping action and Kevin Ward Jr. was spun out by Tony Stewart. Following the wreck Kevin proceeded to get out of his vehicle and call Stewart out. As you can see in the video, all of the cars steered clear of Kevin, they were going low as possible, BUT Tony Stewart was up on the track higher and you can clearly see Stewart turn his tires towards Ward Jr. Just watch the video. Another thing is that Tony Stewart has a bad temper. He could've gotten irritated and wanted to sideswipe him, but HE HIT AND KILLED HIM. This case will go on for a very long time and people will keep talking about it. The current ongoing investigation isn't really solving anything. All they have to do is look very carefully at the video and see Stewarts tires. Tony isn't going to admit to murder. He is going to do all he can to defend himself.
