Less than 1 year old Mocha was badly beaten by Quinn Markins and sustained multiple broken bones throughout her body. Upon finally receiving medical attention, the terribly sad decision was made to euthanize the sweet young girl. Numerous reports have been filed with the Carroll County Police and Sheriff's Dept. located in Ohio. In Ohio, animal abusers may be charged with a 5th degree felony under Goddard's Law.
