We ,the citizens of Humphreys County, have lost confidence in Sheriff Davis's abilities, and desire, to protect our civil rights. He continues to employ deputies who display low moral character and places nepatism in higher regard than the constitution. At this time there are mulitple civil rights violation cases pending against the Sheriff and his department. The Humphreys County Sheriff's Department has demonstrated a clear parttern of civil rights violations under his watch and we, the citizens of this county, will no longer tolerate this behaviour. We ask that Sheriff Davis resign his office immediately.
