Dear All,

I’ve had verbal confirmation from people in the council meeting today that the Arundel gate bus gate has been approved- so NO buses on Pinstone St remains! Some common sense decisions by the council which means Connecting Sheffield and Clean Air Zone can both be delivered. 

I also gather there is some considerable frustration by senior council leaders at stalling by the councillors & concern central government will not see Sheffield as an attractive to fund regeneration projects, as the council cannot deliver them. 

So, keep everything crossed 2023 sees some meaningful improvement in spaces to walk & wheel for us all.
