In other news, there was success in negotiating for the Grey to Green extension on Fargate up to Pinstone street including cycling provision. This petition has been mentioned as starting a more constructive conversation establishing space for walking and cycling in the city centre.

Hopefully this decision is a sign of more constructive dialogue between councillors and an end to the deadlock we have seen since this petition was started- nearly 2 years ago.

Thank you for your continued support for safe space for walking and cycling Jo
