Due to high crime, murders, and shootings  in and around Sheena’s Cafe in the West End of Newport, KY I propose this establishment(Sheena’s Cafe) to disband and halt operations immediately. This establishment affects the thousands and thousands of neighbors on the West end of Newport negatively, invoking fear to merely go for a neighborhood walk. 

Right now is the time for change due to the high amount of crime littering this establishment. If Sheena’s Cafe continues to stay in operation, we will continue to witness violence and the West end of Newport drag behind other parts of the Northern Kentucky and greater Cincinnati region.
