Rena Buder is a terrible H.R. manager, she is unfair lacks integrity and ignores company policy when it suits her. Her interpersonal skills are deplorable and her ability to do her duty quickly and efficiently is non existent. She is dishonest and unprofessional in many of her duties  and does not take harassment of a sexual or repetitive nature seriously enough. It is time to remove her from her position and put someone in charge who can both benefit the employer and the employees.
