1 month back I just saw an e-platform for studying which is SHAW ACADEMY and it says 4-week free trail. So, I've signed up for it. After 2 days they've taken 40euros from my back account without my knowledge and when I sent them the email they said they are not able to refund and they gave me 3-months more free trail with study kits free. I've tried to ask for my refund but they denied saying they'll not refund money. 
After 2 weeks 30 euro was again debited from my account without my knowledge I don't even have clue that they took my money. Again the next day they've debited 100 euros from my account. Unexpectedly I've checked my bank statements and then I saw that they are taking all my money day by day. 
When I sent them message till date I've not received any response from them, So I started writing reviews on Trustpilot and then a lady called me and she's saying they are not ready to refund the money because its not the company policy to refund. And when I started to speak harshly then she started to say for this I can just give you a lifetime validity of our Shaw Academy courses for absolute free. I asked her your customer service people said me the same and again you've charged 140 euros without intimating me how can you do that? Then she replied like I'm manager so you are rest assured this time. when i asked her I need my refund she just said she'll call back but till now no response from them and when I'm sending them emails all I'm getting are automated responses. 
I've all the proofs that they said me my account will not be charged until march 9th but still they charged me. I've also read a lot of reviews on Shaw Academy every one are posting the same thing that they are just taking money from our accounts and then they don't refund you back. 
We need justice how can they rob students money and run their business be a millionaire or billionaire and get respect in the society while on the other hand all the students are loosing money who have earned then with lot of efforts?
