Worldwide we are all mourning Shanquella Robinson’s death and seek out her killers to be brought to justice cause we are angry, hurt, and disgusted with how they let her murderers walk away free. This is somebody’s babygirl, daughter, cousin, aunt, sister, and it easily could’ve been yours! This sweet soul was murdered by what she thought was considered friends but yet who caused her the untimely death and were all jealous of who she was.. This case just doesn’t sit right with me because it requires swift urgency but yet somehow they are taking their time but if she was Becky, or Amber they wouldn’t waste any time AT ALL. Give her the same respect!

 

Legally:

 1) if the fugitive is an American citizen the prosecutor can file a request for extradition under a treaty that exists between the United States and Mexico; or
2) The prosecutor may seek prosecution of the offender in Mexico by Mexican authorities under Article 4 of the Mexican Federal Penal Code.

It states that: The Criminal Law Enforcement Division of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) explores all possible avenues prior to determining whether a case is suitable for Article 4 prosecution . ( In which this case it is!) 

The United States and Mexico signed an extradi- tion treaty on May 4, 1978 that provides for the return of those who have committed crimes and fled across the United States/Mexico border. But somehow in this case all of her “friends” made it back home to their parents and loved ones JUST FINE. Who you ask? :

Neither Khalil Cooke(Fake Bestfriend.) , Malik Dyer(Who leaked the video.), Wenter Donovan & Alysse Hyatt (who helped jumped her.), nor Nazeer Wiggins (pretend “lifesaver”.) intervened resulting in her death.

I wanna make sure people know if the FBI has now been involved it is considered a federal case. and per law it says: An extradition request calls for equally thorough case preparation and requires the use of official diplomatic channels. A request to Mexico under the United States/ Mexico Extradition Treaty must be approved by the United States Department of Justice and tendered by the Department of State. WHICH CAN BE DONE DUE TO THEM COMMITTING A CRIME ACROSS THE BORDER and THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION IS INVOLVED! On their website it says. While Article 4 has been traditionally invoked only in cases of serious crimes such as MURDER & KIDNAPING (which has happened since they planned with intent to jump her not kill her.) AND took her out of her comfort zone over 2,000 miles away with little to NO HELP. (Basically Kidnapping cause babygirl was not intending to go there and enter her demise.)

 

As stated on the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Mexico website and their paper articles of Law enforcement: The USG is working closely with Mexican counterparts to make effective use of our bilateral extradition treaty and other legal mechanisms in order to ensure that our shared border does not serve as a barrier behind which fugitives from justice may flee, find safe haven, and continue to commit crimes. BUT SOMEHOW ALL OF HER MURDERS MADE IT BACK TO THE UNITED STATES AFTER COMMITTING A HEINOUS CRIME and didn’t even stay the full length of stay in the Airbnb and NO ONE raised any red flags?! Even after the Mexican death certificate came back and said was the cause of death violent. THEY PUT YES! that was no accident.

 

I want Justice for her like I would anybody else but this hits a little to close to home. They all stood there and watched her demise and SAT IN HER PARENTS FACE AND LIED ABOUT IT STATING ALCOHOL POISONING. BUT IT WAS MURDER. Her autopsy report came back stating a broken neck, cracked spine, post trauma to the head. A bust lip, swollen eye, and knot on her head. Imagine if that was your family member! If we push this we can push for extradition back into Mexico to persecuted against their federal guidelines along with the United States. The proof is in the group chat for the messages they deleted when they said: “The truth will come out, we have to delete these messages.” STUPID.
