Calling THE RISE MAKATI on buyer complaints on transfers, poor customer service & charges

We would like to request the company management to resolve the following issues:
Poor Customer Service and Inefficient, Negligent Response of Documentation Team (generally no work during lockdown, point person Fe Lawas on leave for three months and wrong timing of lay-offs of admin staff)
Late and delayed turnover
Retroactive charging and late notice on charging of association dues
Charging of association dues while amenities are not open and absence of information of a condominium corporation and amenities not operational at all during lockdown and now only open limitedly.
Passing of charges to untransferred units (such as Hallo Hallo GSR units refusing to shoulder association dues to units suddenly deemed delivered)
Providing compensation for a small number of buyers for turnover delay while not all others like us
Three day notice on approval on deliveries and work permit because of limited manpower
All these and more issues we are calling for reform!
