Sexual Assaults - STOP GEORGE FERGUSON FROM TRANSMITTING DISEASES TO MORE WOMEN

The Issue

We Need Your Help To Protect Victims!

Fort Worth Police Officer George G. Ferguson, who targets women from dating sites, sexually and physically assaults a woman; exposed her to an incurable disease. She met George Ferguson 35 of Burleson, TX (Grand Prairie, TX) on a dating site. Within 3 days of knowing George, he physically abused her and sexually assaulted her, forcing himself without protection. The same day he was scheduled for a DWI court appearance in Johnson County, TX. The assault was reported to the Grand Prairie PD with evidence and a timeline of the incident. No arrests were made. The detective handling case was unaware it is a crime to knowingly, intentionally transmit an incurable disease to a victim of sexual assault, and requested the victim to email him the penal code. When the victim followed up on the case, the detective informed her he was waiting on the suspect to come in with his lawyer. After that, nothing.

The family requested the sergeant for a reassessment of the case. The sergeant informed the victim he viewed the evidence but there will be no further actions. He advised the victim to go to civil court, stating she has a solid case to win. The sergeant added, they can then get the suspect on the criminal charges. The victim and her family tried in vain for months to have an arrest made, but were refused. The detectives unit closed the case without investigating the crime committed. The Grand Prairie PD dropped the ball.

In Texas, assault is defined as intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly causing bodily harm to another person. Penal code 22.01. The suspect has remained free; able to assault and transmit incurable, deadly diseases to more women. His profiles remained on Tinder, Bumble and possibly others. He is known for using such dating sites.

CALL TO ACTION:

Due to lack of support from the Grand Prairie PD to morally handle the assault, we urge you to contact Detective Zachary Miles and Sergeant Tracy Hinson of the Grand Prairie PD to demand an arrest and file charges immediately to stop predator George Ferguson from harming women. The victim should never have to come in contact with this aggressor ever again. No other woman should. The victim should not have to live in fear or be afraid to be alone. She should have zero worry of ever crossing paths with this criminal again. She does not feel safe.

Our goal is to bring awareness to the sexual assaults and cruelty done to victims that goes unheard everywhere. Many women suppress their rape experience and live in fear. All victims deserve to be safe. Serious repercussions need to be in place for all violent acts. This type of crime needs to stop!

Thank you so much for taking action!
