We, the pupils of Stockland Green School and the local community, are calling upon our local Councillors and Birmingham City Council, to address serious concerns regarding road safety, outside our school on Slade Road.

The key issues are: Difficulty crossing Slade Road safely, the volume of traffic inclusive of speeding vehicles, and unsafe parking near our school.

These issues make us feel vulnerable, overwhelmed and endangered.

Every child, every person in our community, deserves to feel and be safe in our neighbourhood.
