The Amur Leopard is dying off. It is one of the rarest big cats. It lives in the Russian Far East. I addressed this petition to the Russian Director of Forestry Sergei Anopriyenko. I think he should push for more legislation against land clearing in their habitat, which is a serious issue. There should also be more resources to help prevent forest fires, another major cause of their endangerment.
