Sephora: Stop using OnTrac to deliver packages!
The Issue
OnTrac is easily one of THE WORST shipping companies in use today. Packages often arrive hours, days, sometimes WEEKS after they have been marked “delivered.” Most of the time, however, the package is marked as “delivered” but never arrives.
This has little to do with porch pirates/stolen packages. Do a quick Google search for “OnTrac complaints” and you’ll see that thousands of customers have either been at home when the package was marked as delivered or have security cameras proving that no package arrived at the time indicated on the tracking.
Their customer service is a joke and after going ‘round and ‘round with them for days or even weeks, they will eventually tell you their hands are tied because their delivery driver marked the package as “delivered” and that you must contact the original company and hope they issue a refund.
SEPHORA: Your loyal customers BEG you to end your partnership with OnTrac. We spend our hard-earned money to buy from your company only to have our items mishandled (at best) or stolen (at worst) by OnTrac! How much $$$ has Sephora lost issuing replacements/refunds due to OnTrac’s negligence?
