Sephora Must Drop Huda Beauty for Supporting a Mass-Murdering Regime & Human Rights Abuser

Sephora Must Drop Huda Beauty for Supporting a Mass-Murdering Regime & Human Rights Abuser
The issue
Sephora claims to stand for women’s rights, inclusion, and human dignity.
Yet Sephora continues to stock and profit from Huda Beauty, whose founder has publicly posted content supporting and defending the Iranian Islamic regime — a regime internationally recognised for mass murder, violent repression, and systematic human rights violations against its own people.
This regime has:
killed protesters in the streets,
imprisoned and tortured dissidents,
violently suppressed women for demanding basic freedoms,
and silenced civilians through executions, fear, and censorship.
Public support for such a regime — especially during an active crackdown — is not “neutral,” not “complex,” and not harmless.
It is morally indefensible.
By continuing to promote Huda Beauty without action or accountability, Sephora is actively choosing profit over principle and betraying the values it publicly claims to uphold.
Our demand
We demand that Sephora:
- Immediately sever ties with Huda Beauty
- Publicly condemn any support for the Iranian Islamic regime
- Commit to removing brands that defend or legitimise governments responsible for mass murder and human rights abuses
Until Sephora takes action, we are calling for a full consumer boycott of Sephora.
