Although Superintendent Craig Sap has not rescinded his order banning E-bikes he did just confirm to me in writing that he is unaware of ANY citations having been issued enforcing his order banning E-bikes in Angeles District Parks. Is his order symbolic or is he just intimidating us to not ride in State Parks with the posting of signs like this? If you get a citation let us know as a challenge with good legal arguments should be mounted. We also need your help to extend your voices beyond our petition for your right to ride low power assist class 1 or 2 E-Bikes (as defined by AB 1096 and Public Law 107-319) in Angeles District Parks.
