" Mr. Spiro, To date I am not aware of any State Park Peace Officers having cited anyone for the use of an E-Bike in the Santa Monica Mountains. I do not know the fine for this offense but the Uniform Bail Schedule for LA or Ventura County’s might be available online. The process for contesting a citation would be the same as contesting a speeding ticket or similar offense, which can only be issued by Peace Officers. I hope this helps.
