Today pursuant to a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request that we made, we received a copy of the cooperative management agreements between Angeles District Parks, National Parks Service and Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy. These agreements are being cited by Superintendent Craig Sap as the primary reason why he issued his order banning E-Bikes from Angeles District Parks. We will be studying that agreement, now that we have a copy of it. Further it is being renewed soon and there will be a opportunity for public comments.
