Bethesda Healthcare spent $15MILLION to expand their Charless Village/Southgate facility in 2011, thus increasing patrons, employees and traffic into the area. It is only fair that they should share in the cost to keep these individuals safe. Mehlville School District paid the fee of $80,000 for the sake of protecting their students and staff.
