Originally we were only required to have our goggles on our foreheads, but it’s been changed to having the goggles over our eyes. This makes it a much greater nuisance than before for everybody, but especially people who wear glasses since it’s extremely difficult to wear swim goggles over glasses. The rule should be changed back to only requiring the goggles to be on your forehead instead of over your eyes.
