Dear HOA,

Other pools are opening! There is absolutely no reason why our pools cannot be opened and maintained in a manner that is safe for all. We can implement tools that other communities have put in place.

1. Use sign up genius with 1.5 hour time slots and also a limit on how many people can sign up for that specific time slot.

2. Require that anyone that uses the pools, also helps to clean up as they leave. Example, wiping down anything that they touched. Have disinfectant, cleaning supplies and gloves on hand. (HOA dues at work)

3. Remove all the chairs so there is less surfaces to wipe down.

4. Limit the items that people can bring in.

5. Have the pool attendant's ensure that only SR families are allowed in to use the pool.

6. A big portion of our neighbors have opted for an above ground pool this year, which would lower the number of people using our SR pools. Make an exception due to the situation and allow them to keep their pools up without penalty.

7. Have each family sign a waiver before using any of the SR pools. 

8. No children/teens under the age of 17 allowed without a parent present, period. 

This absolutely can be done! Please open our pools. We are required to pay our HOA dues so please allow us to be able to use the amenities in which we pay for each year, on time.
