We, the undersigned, are passport holders who travel for leisure, work or study. We rely on our passports to cross borders and access different countries. However, we sometimes forget to check the expiration date of our passports and end up in trouble when we need to renew them urgently.

We request that the Passport Agency send us reminder emails six months before our passports expire. This will help us plan ahead and avoid unnecessary stress. We believe that this is a simple and effective way to improve customer service and satisfaction.
