It seems like Animal Cruelty, Abuse, Starvation, Death etc- has become a huge problem for the State of Ohio and honestly needs to stop. 

I am asking for your help to create a lifetime ban for animal abusers to keep them from ever owning another animal. This will require a new law to be passed at the state level to be enforced throughout the state. A data base will also have to be create with access given to all pet suppliers, stores, pounds, shelters etc. for ID's to be checked to ensure the lifetime ban is enforced. 

We must remain protective stewards of all animals in our state and to be their voice to ensure they are properly cared for at all times.
