Animal Lovers Outraged Regarding 12 Dogs in Lyons NY
Jan 9, 2018 — 12 Dogs are located on this property in Lyons NY. Often left outside in frigid temperatures with no food, water and only some having a shelter in place. There have been reports that the dogs were brought in for the night after numerous calls from animal advocates. This video shown, was taken after this incident and according to the poster, the dogs do not have food or water yet again. The owner of the property has faced animal cruelty charges in the past. This video ^ makes me more certain than ever, that these laws in New York NEED TO CHANGE. Animals suffer because the laws are vague and offer loopholes to offenders. If you'd like to report this incident, feel free to call Animal Cruelty Officer Bob Howard 315-331-0637 or post your comments on the video above from the Wayne County Sheriff's Department.
