12 Dogs are located on this property in Lyons NY. Often left outside in frigid temperatures with no food, water and only some having a shelter in place. There have been reports that the dogs were brought in for the night after numerous calls from animal advocates. This video shown, was taken after this incident and according to the poster, the dogs do not have food or water yet again. The owner of the property has faced animal cruelty charges in the past.
