Att Senator Chuck Schumer:   ACC Director Risa Weinstock is authorizing the brutal euthanization of healthy adoptable animals on a daily basis in all three animals shelters in NYC.  Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island.  They are given no chance at life because she is a self serving, glory seeking, money hungry administrator.   The conditions at all three shelters are deplorable.  Sick and seriously ill animals are left to die all alone in their filthy cages with no medical attention.  This has GOT TO END NOW.  This woman is unfit and she needs to be fired.
