This petition seeks penalties to be proposed for the monitoring, and limitations of firework displays within Equestrian Communities, in South Florida. I would like the Senator, to set up punishments for those lighting them off on non-holidays, excluding Fourth of July, and New Years. In addition, I propose a noise ordinance to limit fireworks to cease at 12am. I live in an equestrian community, and have had daily fireworks this Summer, my personal horses bloodied, and injured, incured vet bills, as well as, having to sedate them already on those holidays. Fireworks are being set off until 3am on these Holidays, which is ruinous for families with babies, or small children, like my own. Have your fun, but let’s add some limits for safety-to our animals, and families,with small children.
