There are children growing up in Oklahoma without an education!  I believe there is something we can do to bring this number down and I need your help. Parents who neglect their children are getting away with not providing an education to them. For example, a DHS case worker informed me that all a parent is required to do is verbally acknowledge their kids are being home schooled, they are not required to provide proof of any kind that it is true.  The kids in this case are not in school and there is NOTHING anyone can do about it.  The parents neglecting their children have more rights than the children.  This is happening right now in Oklahoma.

I believe citizens of Oklahoma want all children to grow up with an education.  This means we need to do everything possible to make sure the laws protect the child’s right to an education.
