Mr. Keller,

We have patiently waited decades for you to fix up your houses in Highland Park or sell them so someone else can make them habitable. Your homes are an insult to your neighbors who maintain their properties. Not only have your dilapidated homes negatively impacted our neighborhood from an aesthetic and value standpoint, but also they have created an environment that have made people fear for their safety passing by or living by them. We have heard your empty promises and plans to renovate and seen no progress. We have had enough of this. We respectfully ask you to sell so that someone else can give the homes you own and do not maintain the attention they deserve.
