Mehmet Tercan started this petition to Hajime Satomi (CEO Director and Chairman of Sega Corp) and

The issue at hand is that Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai will be released only in Japan, and Nintendo 3DS is region-locked. While those outside of Japan, specifically in Europe and the US, would like to be able to play this game.

If "Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F" has been allowed localization within the EU and US. Then isn't it only natural that people who are into Vocaloid, would want to play other Vocaloid games?

"Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F" has been selling quite well since it's release, so it's clear as night and day that there is a lot of profit to be gained when selling these types of games.

I am well aware that companies such as SEGA and Nintendo need to be convinced that selling this game outside of Japan, will bring them profit. Furthermore, they need to know, whether Nintendo fans specifically will buy this, and how many Vocaloid fans own a 3DS or would buy one to play this game.

Now that Nintendo announced the release of a new member to the 3DS family, the 2DS, which is sold at a much cheaper price than its sibling consoles. Nintendo have made it that much easier to play 3DS games, so those with not a lot of money will still be able to join in.

This petition was created specifically for that one reason. Lets get Nintendo and SEGA's attention.
