Everyone who has played Sonic Runners knows how much of a pain the Premium Roulette is. The Roulette wheels are currently the only ways to acquire buddies and, more importantly, playable characters that are only available for a limited time. The only characters that you do not need the Roulette wheels to unlock are Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Silver, Cream, and Big. However, the other characters, which includes Vector, Espio, Charmy, Omega, Rouge, Blaze, Metal Sonic, Shadow, and any event characters require the Premium or Special Roulette and it is almost impossible to unlock them. Each spin for the Premium Roulette costs 50 Red Star Rings and most of the time, you will either get a new rare buddy that you do not desire or an upgrade for a buddy that you have yet do not use. If you get a buddy that is already fully leveled up, then instead of getting a free spin in order to get something that you don't have, you get 3 special eggs for the Special Roulette. However, you need a total of 10 special eggs to spin the Special Roulette and the only other way to get special eggs is to defeat Dr. Eggman in a boss battle during one run, which only gives you 1 special egg.  The Special Roulette isn't any better either. I acquired 10 special eggs and when I spun the Special Roulette, I still only got an upgrade for a buddy that I don't even care about.

You can imagine how much rage the Premium Roulette has caused me and other players throughout our time playing the game. It is more than obvious that SEGA is too hungry for cash to realize what the players actually want. This petition has been written to discontinue the Premium Roulette and make all characters purchasable and available forever just like Team Easy, expect the price should be cheaper than 250 Red Star Rings or 5,000,000 gold rings and this goes for Team Easy as well. The Item Roulette may stay, however we should be able to spin Item Roulette more than just once a day, even if we only get one free spin per day. Using Red Star Rings should allow players to spin the Item Roulette more than once, but no more than 10 Red Star Rings per spin. And as for the buddies, there should be a separate section to acquire buddies similar to how Chao are acquired in Sonic Jump Fever, expect unlike those Chao, once you have unlocked a buddy, you can keep it forever without needing to level it up completely.
