We, along with numerous others, have been deeply affected by the actions of Empire East Land Holdings Inc. What began as hopeful aspirations of owning homes in various projects has evolved into a distressing ordeal of unmet promises, financial strain, and emotional turmoil.

Empire East Land Holdings Inc. has repeatedly failed to fulfill its commitments across projects such as Empire East Highland City in Cainta, Rizal; The Paddington Place and Pioneer Woodlands both in Mandaluyong City; Kasara Urban Residences in Pasig City; Covent Garden in Sta. Mesa, and others. These failures have resulted in undelivered condominium units, delayed turnovers, Ready for Occupancy (RFO) issues, title discrepancies, and various other challenges. The collective investments of us, buyers, isn’t just merely a sum, but a testament to the relentless struggle we’ve endured to earn every single cent.

We refuse to accept this situation silently. We appeal for transparency and fairness from Empire East Land Holdings Inc. Please join us in urging them to address the concerns of all affected buyers across these projects and provide restitution. Despite efforts to seek resolution through dialogue, pleas have not received adequate attention. Empire East Land Holdings Inc. has yet to provide satisfactory redress for the harm caused.

We ask fellow buyers facing the same situation, invoking their rights under our existing laws, to join us. Together, let us raise our voice in unity in this petition, amplifying our collective anguish. That it may serve as a light to guide Empire East to choose righteousness.. It is essential for them to fulfill their moral and contractual obligations by issuing full refunds and resolving issues faced by all affected buyers. We cannot continue to bear the financial strain and emotional distress imposed upon us.
