Introduction:
We,the concerned youth of West Bengal, urgently address this petition to the Public Service Commission, West Bengal (WBPSC), regarding two vital issues: the absence of new job advertisements and the prolonged delay in result declarations and recruitment procedures as well. We demand immediate action to rectify these problems and ensure the efficient functioning of the WBPSC.

 Petition Objectives:
Immediate Publication of Pending Results: We demand that the WBPSC expedite the process of declaring pending examination results(with special emphasis on the WBCS (Exe.)etc. Preliminary Exam-2022)to alleviate anxiety among aspirants and in turn facilitate timely recruitment.
     
 Regular Publication of Job Advertisements: We request the WBPSC to ensure the regular publication of job advertisements to provide equal opportunities and timely recruitment of qualified candidates.

 Transparency and Accountability: We urge the commission to enhance transparency, provide regular updates on pending results and job advertisements, and establish a clear timeline( Publication of Exam Calendar) for result declarations and the recruitment process.

 Efficient Resource Utilization: We emphasize the need for the WBPSC to optimize its resources, streamline administrative procedures, adopt modern technology, and recruit additional staff if necessary to ensure timely completion of recruitment processes.

 Conclusion:
We, the undersigned, urgently call upon the WBPSC to promptly address the absence of job advertisements and the prolonged delay in result declaration and recruitment processes. Immediate action is crucial to restore public trust and contribute to the development of West Bengal.
