Seek Justice for Shatner Thomas' Unfair Incarceration in Gwinnett County Jail

Seek Justice for Shatner Thomas' Unfair Incarceration in Gwinnett County Jail
The Issue
Shatner Thomas is more than just an inmate in Gwinnett County Jail. He is a family member, a friend, a protector, and a child of God. Despite the circumstances that have led to his incarceration, he is remembered as a straight A student with a promising future, now overshadowed with the label of a crime he didn't commit. For the last 8 years, his life has been unfairly curtailed. His sentence has been based on a 'wrong place, wrong time’ scenario where the actual victims did not even identify him as a threat. The only crime Shatner committed was being in the company of the wrong crowd.
The presiding Judge Beyers, who is currently under investigation for another case, was the one who handed down the sentence. She sentenced Shatner on third-party grounds. This implicates that he was unfairly deemed guilty by association, a verdict that deserves reconsideration. We call on the justice system to review Shatner's case and reconsider his life sentence.
We ask for your support as we fight for fairness and justice. Sign the petition and stand with us. Your signature can help bring Shatner back to his family and give him a chance to rectify his life path and contribute positively to society.Sincerely his younger cousin Brittany Roberts Stand with us!!!
