The Issue

On April 15th, 2025, at around 8:30 pm, our world was shaken. My youngest daughter, Braylee, then only four weeks old, sustained unimaginable injuries. Upon discovering a burn on her left leg, I rushed her to Arkansas Children's Hospital. There, doctors confirmed it was a partial thickness burn caused by a hot surface. This was only the beginning of our horror. Further testing revealed head trauma and two bilateral fractures in Braylee's legs. At the time these injuries occurred, Braylee was in the care of her biological father, Casey Seigrist.

The impact of these injuries on Braylee is nothing short of horrific. As a mere infant, she endured unimaginable pain and suffering, shocking for any parent to fathom. We place trust in those we love, believing they will protect and care for our children. Seeing this trust broken and witnessing the vulnerability and pain of Braylee is heartbreaking beyond words.

What happened to Braylee is not just a personal tragedy—it's a call for change in how such cases are handled and brought to justice. We cannot stand by as such an innocent soul suffers in silence. We demand a complete and thorough investigation, holding accountable any party responsible for these heinous acts. Braylee deserves justice and protection, and it's crucial that her story raises awareness for other vulnerable children in similar circumstances.

We believe in a world where no child should endure such suffering without consequence. We urge local authorities and child protection services to review their protocols, ensuring that every step is taken to provide justice and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. These systems, designed to protect the innocent, must be infallible, and rigorous investigation processes need to be prioritized.

Braylee’s story is a reminder of the vulnerability of children and the essential need for vigilant protection and oversight. This is not just about seeking justice for one child; it’s about affirming our societal commitment to child welfare and safety nationwide. By signing this petition, you are taking a stand against child negligence and abuse, advocating for policies that uphold children’s rights and safety.

Please support us in our quest for justice for Braylee and all children who deserve more than the silence they are met with. Your signature is a step toward protecting the innocence and well-being of our future generation. Sign this petition to bring justice to Braylee, demanding accountability and systemic change.
