We are houseowners and vested interest party of Garden Ville in Bukit Indah, JB, a SP Setia Township.The Developer, Bukit Indah (Johore) Sdn Bhd, who in their prospectus represents themselves as in the SP Setia Bhd Group, has not properly discharged their duties under the Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC) to establish an entity (Management Corporation) for the sole purpose of undertaking the management and maintenance of the Common Property and the Provision of the Services under Art 11 of the DMC. The Developer has effectively abdicate their resposibilities to houseowners and left them without a proper organization.  This is giving houseowners severe hardship that affects the proper running and administration of the DMC, including its Common Property and the provision of the said Services. This petition is for the Developer, and the SP Setia Group, to honour their responsibilities under the DMC.
