THIS LAW PUTS PUBLIC HEALTH AT RISK!!!!
Section 114120 of the California Uniform Retail Food Facilities Law. This law allows retailers such as Subway Sandwiches to not provide a restroom facility or a place to wash your hands before eating. I am constantly reminded to wash my hands and help stop the spread of disease yet a law like this allows Subway and many other companies to serve food that is held in your dirty hands and contribute to spreading germs. This law is clearly a step back when it comes to public health. I would like to see you push an initiative to better protect the consumer. I am surprised that a government like ours that cares for the public, allow such a law to take effect and threaten the well being of its own people. I have no problem with the retailers; I just have a problem with the law. Let’s move towards closing this "DIRTY" loophole. Contact your local politicians and help spread the word, not germs.  GOVERNOR BROWN, YOU MUST STOP THIS LAW !!!
