I first want to start off issuing an apology to all members who were affected by my actions. I recall everything starting when I abducted a civilian into my box truck. They were at CS and then I forced them in the box truck, which was a gamepass car. I drove to GTS with them in the passenger seat. I pressed the "x" by the ATM which within 10 seconds my box truck would disappear. I then pushed the civilian to the ATM and handed them the crowbar. It triggered a ATM robbery into the radio.

The civilian was a member of SWAT which caused them to get immediately terminated after the robbery. They were AFK at the time of the robbery and they had no recording or witnesses to rely on. When the I received the information of the termination I realized the mistake that I committed and the seriousness of the situation. The SWAT member was already terminated from SWAT for ODC at the moment. I was recording at the time and I contacted the Commanding Officer with evidence that the SWAT member didn't commit ODC which thankfully got them unterminated.

I would also like to address the other forging claim. I did make a fake screenshot of myself as a captain. I however never summitted a reinstatement form for it, as it was intended as a joke. I want to apologize to whoever was troubled by it. I did DM a major about it, however I didn't forge or take any answers. I never reinstated because of crime interests and a lack of interest for policing.

I believe I should be unbanned for a few reasons. First of all the event that got me initially banned was a intolerable act. I however did not have any intentions for harm to the situation towards any LEOs. I acknowledged what I done was wrong, but I sacrificed and risked a ban to get someone unterminated. I uploaded the clip so both sides can have fair justice taken. I didn't intend for the situation to go as far as a termination and I prevented it to make things right. I also acknowledge in the future to not repeat these mistakes and I will be more careful towards this community.

I don't think that the forging label is as accurate as it may seem to others. I didn't intend to get any SWAT members terminated and I recorded the clip and sent it to SWAT Administrators and County Command. I'm sorry about the incident and I hope to get unbanned from this community and I promise to be more careful with my decisions. Thank you for your efforts in reading and supporting this movement.
