Don't miss CEDAWinLAW's letter to the Prime Minister requesting an intervention to uphold the rule of Law!

"Mediation: Civil Procedure Rules: Statutory, fiduciary and equitable duties" the text of which is copied below:

Copy to Cabinet & Shadow Cabinet Ministers & Co-Chairs APPG (State Pension) & Chair, W&PSC

CEDAWinLAW requests a response to its email hereunder dated 18th November 2025 in the above matters which is well overdue.

CEDAWinLAW notes Bindman's client Waspi Limited's interim court hearing scheduled to take place on 3rd December 2025 news of which was not shared on its crowdfund page with all victims until 1st December 2025 - despite the court having confirmed the hearing to CEDAWinLAW in November.

Attached is a screenshot of a post published on social media by a group of 1950s Women expecting the court to regard Mediation at tomorrow's hearing.

Repeated calls from several 1950s Women group leaders to work together with Waspi Limited on Mediation are being ignored solely by Waspi Limited.

CEDAWinLAW respectfully enquire whether Waspi Limited seeks to undermine the integrity of the Mediation process by seemingly denying full and fair representation of all victims. Albeit unlikely, if so, victims would be very surprised, as apparently the question of dereliction of statutory, fiduciary and equitable duties may reasonably arise which exposes any purported settlement to challenge as unrepresentative, procedurally improper and unenforceable.

In obvious plain terms, if any party were to seek Mediation while deliberately excluding the rightful representation of all affected victims, that conduct may be deemed as unethical and may constitute dereliction of duty - a failure to discharge their obligation to act fairly, inclusively, and in the best interests of all parties.

CEDAWinLAW keenly looks forward to Waspi Limited's acceptance of its reasonable invitation to join Mediation in a prompt reply to our letters dated 18th November 2025 and 2nd December 2025.
