The Women's Parliament, led by Hon Dr Jocelynne Scutt AO, is held this December on Monday - 8 December

The longer title of the motion is "Access to Justice - women and the right to a just World through Law and the legal process" 

The motion on Access to Justice  will also be the major theme at 2026 UN CSW (Commission on the Status of Women) 70 in New York from 9 March next year

The Women's Parliament celebrates International Human Rights Day (10 December) and takes place during the UN 16 Days to End Violence Against Women
