WELCOME NEWS - The Mayor of London calls for a Judicial Review

The Mayor of London says he is to push for a Judicial Review into the decision to grant Cory Riverside Energy permission to build a second energy from waste (EfW) plant in Belvedere, south east London. The Havering Daily Comments …In April Jon Cruddas MP for Dagenham and Rainham and Abena Oppong-Asare MP for Erith and Thamesmead; sent a joint letter to Sadiq Khan, urging him to launch a Judicial Review into the Government’s approval of a second waste incinerator in Belvedere.
