There needs to be a law, like the one in New York that they are thinking of passing, where ELIGIBLE, non-violent, non-sex offenders are able to have there felonies and misdemeanors ( up to 2) sealed after they prove to society that they have changed and bettered there life. This could be anywhere from 3-5 years of sobriety and/or rehabilitation, schooling or just proving that they have changed there life.
