We, the undersigned, ask that the Attorney General in the State of Utah, the District Attorney in the City of Salt Lake, and the Attorney General in the State of Illinois, file the appropriate charges in regards to the lowing incidents, despicable acts, involving any of the hate groups mentioned in this petition or know to the authorities re: michiganradio.org/news/2017-08-18/number-of-hate-groups-found-in-Michigan-increases-in-recent-, also,  splcenter.org/states/Michigan !1) the repeated burglary of the homes of the victim, the author of this petition. The victim had to move four times in 13 years, 1998-2011, because of harassment against the victim and the victims' pets. Pet deposits were paid at each location. The repeated inhumane acts against the victim, who is disabled, and the victims' pets.  Acts including, but not exclusively, cutting or abrading one cats leg to the bone repeatedly @ 1820 So. Main St. # 212; and again at 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr. a witnesses or actors in this matter would include a little person ( under 5'4),with a shaved head, a woman named "Juliette", who was last spotted working at Gene Siskel theater in Chicago, and Kastle Combs, who may now be of Chicago PD; and may be affiliated with one or both of the following, Animal Liberation Front, who claim that "we teach morals". Animal Liberation, or an animal liberation extremist group that also claims to be Anti-Natalist, or a eugenicist group, that may be affiliated with Upton's Break Room. Heidi P.? (Last name is Tongan). Both I myself and Kastle Combs were enrolled at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in downtown Salt Lake City at the time of the cutting/abrading incident @ 1820 So. Main St. The cutting or abrading may have been an attempt to remove an ID microchip. Repeated head injuries to that same animal, named Furby, including gashes, puncture wounds, and swelling. This cat would later die from seizures from her injuries. Long, acupuncture like needles were stuck into this cat's body, seeming to cause her to be unable to express her own urine, and to be very constipated. This cat had long, dark fur, and it made it very difficult to see and remove the long, thin needles. US Code 25 CFR & 11.446. On one occasion, while the victim, who is on disability, was expressing the cat's urine @ 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr.; a man entered the apartment, unannounced and uninvited, and stood in the bathroom doorway, right next to where the victim had set down her pepper spray, which was attached to her keys. Apparently, the "landlady's" - including a blonde named Sue -had been giving copies of the victim's keys at the address 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr. "Sue's" last name may be Ormsby, whom the victim last saw at the Aroma Cafe in Crystal Lake, Il., where she stood close to myself, the victim, and mentioned the name; "It's Sue Ormsby", to no one in particular. She also said loudly "I like B, 3" which may be a reference attempts to organize information into this petition., There was a truck parked at nearby Ormsby Motors with which the victim was familiar. A tan Chevy pickup truck, possibly an 80's model, with red and silver side panels. The truck had a hole in its floor on the passenger side and used a propane tank for fuel. The victim had been threatened previously by cult members with being rendered unconscious and having her hands tied to the wheel of the truck and the truck then being set in motion, as a consequence for complaining, or "talking". At another address, 3480 So. 300 E. in So. SLC, UT, the "landlady's" name was Tara, another blonde, who distributed the victims' keys within hours of the victim and her pets moving in.  Tara stated, as had Sue. that she had an alternative to the lease or other paperwork she claimed the victim signed that contradicted the lease that the victim had legally signed in conjunction with the Federal Government's Section 8 Housing, i.e., a standard lease. This clandestine lease supposedly made the keys to the victims' apartments "public keys". The victim was told if she did not want "public keys" she should keep her mouth shut, or the Ponzi scheme would "maximize" the abuse. The victim is entitled to Section 8 under U.S. law after being forced onto disability by scheme members, whose OTO religion would then require that I, the victim, who is not affiliated with the OTO, "turn it around", because I was "being dominated" and that she had "signed the paperwork". This secondary paperwork, or addendums to legal documents such a lease, would permit unannounced entry into the victim's apartment at random times; domestic violence; animal abuse & the inhumane slaughter of the victims adopted cats and dog; violations of the 4th Amendment or the victim's reasonable expectation of privacy; and the theft of the victim's personal property, held by unknown persons in lieu of the victim writing a book and participating in pornography. Excessive demands such as remaining in the apartment at all times or not leaving even for a few minutes without bringing the pets were made and backed up by threats and attacks on the victim and her pets. The victim was told, including by Kolaski family members such as Connie Kolaski, that if she were to remain on Section 8 Housing, she would "have to suffer for it.", i other words qualify a second time for the housing the U.S. government had already approved. All domestic violence, violence, animal abuse and crimes, are, however, also violations of HUD Section 8 housing rules. On other occasions, the door was opened by intruders, who had been given keys by the "landlady's" when the victim was in the shower, and also in the middle of the night, and then left open, even during winter months. At one point the victim had barricaded herself and her cats in the apartment, went into the bathroom, closed the bathroom door, gotten into the tub with her cats and pulled the shower curtain closed. After a few minutes, the victim peeked back out from behind the shower curtain and saw that the bathroom door had been opened. When the victim went into the front room, she saw that the front door had had been pushed open the barricade furniture pushed aside. The "public keys" included keys to two high security locks put in place in 2006, @ 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr., paid for by the State of Utah after the victims second domestic violence compliant resulted in the second PPO she took out on scheme members. After the victim's mother died in 04/2011, while at the victim lived at the So, SLC address, the victim put a chair up against the front door to stop the intruders. She sat in the chair holding her one remaining pet, a cat of 13 years, whose companion cat had just died. In spite of our grief, the cult members continued to attempt to open the door all through the night, bumping into the chair over and over again. The intruder at 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr., name unknown, appeared to be a light skinned or white male with long, straight, black hair, about 5'7", to 5'8", around 150 lbs., with some dark facial hair, mostly along the jawline. The victim took to barricading herself and her pets in the apartment, pushing furniture and the TV in front of the front door; for all intents and purposes, she and her pets were being held hostage at one point the victim had just finished piling the furniture up in front of the door, putting the TV on top of the couch. The intruder attempted to push the door open with such force that the TV toppled over onto the victim's foot and left a bruise on her foot and a gash on her leg. Police did not respond after repeated calls to 911. Calls to 911 typically resulted in a woman repeating "What? I don't have time for you. I don't have time for this shit!". When the victim would leave for therapy appointments or to go to the store, she would lock the front door behind her, leaving the animals inside Upon return, however, victim would find at least one animal OUTSIDE. Calls to 911 did not result in police assistance. Calls to 911 resulted in the same woman repeating herself, ignoring the victims' pleas for help. Attempts to contact the OIG of HUD (section 8 housing) were unanswered. B) Repeatedly dislocating the legs of two of the three stray kittens the disabled pet owner rescued at the address of 951 So Washington St. Wrapping or tying the victims Siamese Mix cat, named "Mr. Kitty" up in wire, wrapping a small rope around this same animal's neck. Attempting to asphyxiate this same animal during the course of a burglary.  Attempting to asphyxiate this same animal at other times. Kicking the Siamese, a beloved pet for 13 years, in the face giving it a bloody face. Small bite marks were seen on the Siamese's nose and there was blood on its nose. On ONE occasion while living at 1820 S. Main St., a man named Alex, who was a friend of a neighbor, locked himself in my apartment. When I was finally able to get back into my apartment, I discovered that Alex, whom I have also seen in the Chicago area, had used a hypodermic needle on both of my cats. There was a streak of blood across Mr. Kitty's neck. Mr. Gobel was not in the apartment but came to the front door with my other cat, Furby, whom he had taken, and started calling me an "Idiot." There were signs of sexual abuse of this animal on previous occasions also. On some occasions while at this address - 951 So. Washington St. in S.L.C. Ut, the victim returned from school or work to find the bathtub in her residence had pieces of white or cream-colored slimy substance inside the tub; the Siamese mix cat having been alone in the residence while the victim was out. The residence showed no signs of forced entry. The victim inquired about the substance to her therapist - the police having refused to investigate - and concluded the substance was probably from a snake shedding its skin. The residence having been entered without the knowledge or consent of the victim and in violation of standard lease agreements, the pet cat likely having been terrorized with the snake and the victim left without legal recourse - a violation of the U.S. Constitution - to protect herself and her property, including the pet. US Code 25 CFR & 11.446. C) At one point i(n 2012) the Siamese was thought to be trapped in a clothing donation drop box at 1200 W Broadway and Foster Ave in Chicago, IL, in front of a BP station; this would mean the animal had been transported across state lines for the purposes of abuse. The victim was unable to retrieve the animal. Some of the victim's stolen clothing was strewn outside the box, including underwear. Also, a white, cat shaped urn was found broken on the ground in front of the box, with what looked like ashes spilled all over the dirty ground. (JE297922) Again, calls to 911 did not result in police assistance. Calls to 911 resulted in the same woman repeating herself, "What? I don't have time for you! I don't have time for this shit!" However, the victim was surprised by the arrival of the veterinarian from S.L.C. Now in the Chicago area also. Dr. Gary Petersen did not assist the victim in rescuing the trapped animal. Dr, Petersen had previously, while treating the victims' animals in S.L.C., UT., called the victim at her home during various incidents of animal abuse. On one occasion, when the victim returned home to 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr. after a brief outing, she found one cat lying on the floor with a fresh head wound, screaming in pain, and the Siamese Mix seemingly immobilized. Dr. Petersen called right at that time to inform the victim to put an ice pack on the cat's head. Although there had been no ice pack prepared and put in the freezer by the victim at any point; when the victim opened the freezer door, there was in fact an ice pack. This victim thus assumed that she was being observed in her home, as well as being burglarized, without her consent in violation of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, or the reasonable expectation of privacy of the victim had been violated. The next day, immediately following the drop box incident, creepy messages were sent to the disabled owner, from a man who identified himself at this point as Mark Marinette, of Fieldcrest Ave in Camp Ocotillo, Chandler AZ. stating the Siamese Mix was dead, and that there was blood and bloody knives everywhere, and that the animal had starved.  D) Tying the neighbor's cat up under the car. Early in the morning, at 951 So. Washington St., S.L.C. UT as the disabled was leaving for work; the neighbor cat, an orange tabby, was tied under the engine of the disabled pet owner's car. This was not known to the disabled, who attempted to start the car before discovering the cat. It was early autumn in S.L.C. and near 70 degrees in the morning hours. The animal was badly injured and animal control was utilized.  US Code 25 CFR 11.446 Threatening the victim and her companion animals with aggressive or predatory animals The Lynx point was found by the victim, in her home, when she was returning from an appointment. Curled up on the floor of her closet, the cat had a bright pink, sore looking abrasion at the base of its tail. There was a white cloth on the floor of the closet, which was covered in a thick yellow fluid, that appeared to be bile; bile that that belonged to neither the victim nor the Lynx Point Siamese. There was also a cage left at the back door of the victim's home. Victim returned home from school early one afternoon to find two people in her apartment, a white man with long, dark hair, and a young blonde woman with a cage that contained a large snake; the victim was calling police from her mobile and was assaulted by the intruders.  This couple would later be seen again by the victim several years later at the 1808 E. Hidden Meadows Dr. complex. D) At another time, at 1820 So. Main St., in apt. 212,  the Siamese Mix was seen to have unexplained tiny bite marks all along its neck, and was also found being handled by intruders; a young thin man with spiky black hair and an older white haired man who was heard to make the remark "Some old whore I forgot to pay accused me of raping her." when I, the victim, walked into my apartment and found the men in my living room with my cats. Veterinarian, Dr. Petersen, upon finding the bite marks remarked "They are getting quite a few bites." My cat had a sore sounding throat that never went away. Dr. Petersen also stated, again, that he did "not have a mandate". E) Poisoning the disabled pet owner's cat's food during the course of repeated burglaries. Stealing food belonging to the victim, who has repeatedly been told by cult members to "Quit eating food." Repeatedly harassing the victim with unwanted entry into her home at all hours of the day and night - several times or more in a row, almost daily, for years. Interfering with the victim's attempt to care for the animals and obtain proper veterinary care. US Code 25 & 11.446 Interfering with the victim's self-care. F) Repeated harassing phone calls and text messages. Following or stalking the victim, including in the Chicago area, in violation of 18 U.S. Code & 2261A. GANG STALKING the victim, in violation of 18 U.S. Code 241., including in the Chicago area. Violence against the victim and threats of VIOLENT GANG RAPE. Victim has a total of three P.P.O.'s (permanent protective orders) out against members of this group; including a PPO against David Gobel (in Salt Lake City UT,) who is 6'!0' tall and weighs close to 300 lbs. Also, a PPO against a Ronald Lee "Papa" Baker, of Ann Arbor MI, which was reported as violated (309372) - the violation was never prosecuted. Another PPO against one James H. Grondal of S.L.C., UT. However, offending group may have originated in Cheboygan, MI., at Cheboygan Area High School, as a book writing Ponzi scheme that exploited minors (students) beginning at the elementary school level and continued to cause problems for targeted students as adults. Problems such as, in 1986 or 1987, immolating the victims Mothers' ageing basset hound, Beauregard, "Beau" on the high school campus in retaliation for the victim having refused advances from solicitors; solicitors who had also been allowed on campus to harass students. David Grossman had been witnessed in the Cheboygan area years before this incident setting basset hounds on fire in the area of the West Side Elementary school on Division St. The victim, during the course of her high school career, had been cited as a disciplinary problem and sent to study hall, missing classes, even those needed to graduate, in retaliation for rejecting offers from solicitors. Problems also including entering the homes of former students who had moved thousands of miles away and torturing their pets. 18 US Code 1341. Group members have been allowed to enter the premises of the victims former residence, an SRO, at 30 W Chicago Ave in Chicago, IL managed by Holstein Human Capital Development 1034 W Montrose Ave in Chicago IL (312- 274-9144) INFO@HHCD.ORG, as late as summer 2021; well after this petition was published and had reached over 2000 signers; re; THESE PEOPLE DO NOT FEAR PUNISHMENT - that is due to the U.S. government's failure to act. In December of 2006, at the Fourth District Courthouse in downtown Salt Lake City, UT, the disabled pet owner arrived for a hearing in which an assailant was charged with Class B misdemeanor obstruction of justice for violating a PPO the victim had taken out against him/  The hearing was presided over by Judge Joe Fratto (Chicago PD) and the victims Attorney said her name was Patricia Parkinson from the S.L.C., UT District Attorney's office; this woman has also been seen in pornography, including with the aforementioned veterinarian.  The disabled victim, while conferring with her Attorney in a side room, was assaulted; her foot stepped on until a toe was broken; the foot is still misaligned and it is painful for the victim, myself, to walk. I became violently ill, throwing up blood at this point and think I may have been punched in the stomach. The disabled victim, the Author of this petition, sweater was partially removed exposing her bra and pictures were taken. Attorney Parkinson was ordered to remove the top part of her clothing also. The victim, author of this petition, was told to keep her mouth shut and remove her clothing while under this duress and refused. She, that is, I, then proceeded to complain about her violent situation, including the abuse of her cats. I, the victim, had recorded some of the attempted entries into my apartment, the furniture barricading the door, with a small cell phone that had been given to me by the Domestic Violence Unit of the Salt Lake City PD. I also recorded the injuries to my cats and cats crying in fear and pain. I brought the cell phone with the recordings to the 12/2006 courthouse hearing in downtown S.L.C., but Attorneys from the district attorney's and Attorney General's office did not seem interested. This cell phone is no longer in my possession. Service on the cell phone was free and limited to two years, paid for by the taxpayers, through the domestic violence victims assistance program. The incident dragged on until 5 p.m., during which time Judge Fratto and others present alluded to the Hermetic OTO cult, or Oedipus cult and that the proceedings were illegal and off the record. The victim was choked, and her eyes covered at one point also. The defendant was sent back to prison; the burglaries and attacks on the cats and their owner continued for another 5 years, without police response.  G) the inhumane destruction of the victim's cats and the improper disposal of their bodies. Improperly disposing of another animal, an orange tabby with long fur. The still warm dead body of the cat, which appeared to have been well cared for prior to death, a pet, not a stray, was left near the driveway of the victim's parent's home at 1236 Mackinaw Ave. in Cheboygan MI, shortly after the victim's mother died in 2011. Victim noticed the corpse through a window early one morning after exiting the shower and called animal control. H) the theft of the victim's dog and any possible attempt to blackmail, extort, or coerce the victim with the fate of the dog. The refusal of police in both the City of Salt Lake City, UT and the City of Chicago, IL, to investigate the location of the dog and any persons involved in the theft, endangering the dog and the victim. The police and FBI were given an address in downtown Chicago where the dog was apparently being kept; @ 635 N Dearborn Ave. Police and FBI both refused to act on the tip. An important thing to note here, is that Chicago police were on special deployment to the downtown Chicago area for ONE FULL YEAR after riots in 2020. During the course of that one full year deployment, police did not act on the tip about stolen property - including the dog. Flyers for the missing dog were printed by the victim at their own expense. In the course of putting up missing dog flyers, the victim noticed at least two members of the offending group following the victim and removing the posters. Victim called the non- emergency number for police who promptly stated that they were not going to investigate due to "no evidence" - without having looked for any. As everyone knows, the street traffic lights and parks usually have camera to record incidents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  I)The theft of $1500. 00 in newly purchased bedroom furniture belonging to the victim. The theft of household items and appliances and personal items totaling over $17,000. If the victim has to purchase all of these standard household items a second time the cost to herself will be $34,000, none of which is tax free. The victim lives on disability payments of $13,000 yearly, so the total cost of replacing the stolen property is more than twice the victim's yearly income. The theft of the victims Driver's License, at the downtown Chicago office of Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White;- the license was NOT revoked- issued in the State of Utah, City of Salt Lake and another attempt on the victim's identity, 18 US Code 2071, which was misidentifying the victim with an ID microchip incorrectly labeling the victim "J.K. Rowling, Taran Pig Wanderer", although I have no connection to J.K. Rowling, Star Wars, Lloyd Alexander or their book and movie series. This was on or around 8/20/2011 @ St. Marks hospital in S.L.C. UT, where I went after suffering a severe panic attack: my mother had passed away at the end of April of 2011, and these intruders had continued to harass me, and my animals, killing one, I had nothing left.  A few days after the chipping when I, the victim arrived at the downtown branch of the S.L.C public library, after having made numerous pleas for the return of my cat and dog on social media, I walked into the fourth floor of the library to use the computer and found a large group of people some of whom I recognized from social media. No one spoke to me. I heard a loud bang against the partition right behind me. As I turned to see what had hit the partition, fearing the worst for my companion animals, David Gobel, who is 6'10" and close to 300 lbs., upon whom I had a PPO taken out against already, reached from behind the partition, grabbed my chair, and nearly knocked me completely out of my chair. At one point a woman named Stephanie Schultz Iverson was handed a clear plastic bag of what looked like my missing cats' fur. Then everyone left me there. This incident appears to have been alluded to in the 2022 publication of the popular work of "fiction", "The Book of Form and Emptiness" by Ruth Ozeki, in violation of 18 US Code 1001. For instance, on pages 340 and 341 of The Book of Form and Emptiness", there is a reference to one of the main characters head hitting the library wall. As well as references to a paper cutter being used on this character. On pages 510 and 511, the main character stabs a stuffed animals with a sharp object {ball point pen}, leaving holes in the animal. In other parts of the book, here were several references to dead animals: including dead birds; killed animals being buried in the back yard of the characters mother's home, as well as to disabilities of the characters, hospitalization and the death of a parent starting the events in the story. I have surmised that the material for this "fiction" was DOXXED while I was attempting to send a detailed complaint to the FBI, via the FBI tip website. This occurred at the Loyola University library, 1032 W Sheridan Rd, in Chicago, in the years 2012- 2017. This library at Loyola occasionally allows the public to use their computers for free. At one point, while I was using the Loyola library, a large group of National Guard, including the aforementioned David Gobel, walked into the Loyola library while I was there and just hung around, including the area near where I was seated, using the computer. It was very intimidating.  I also noted individuals associated with Fourth Presbyterian Church free meals to the homeless programs apparently monitoring my usage at Loyola. This monitoring has continued at my current residence, although I pay for privacy. All of this monitoring and DOXXING is a clear violation of the Fourth Amendment, of the United States Constitution. An example of what was DOXXED includes the dead birds. While I was living at Hidden Meadow apartments, many small dead birds were placed directly in front of my door, which I saw when I opened my door in the morning. My neighbor, Heidi (last name unknown) began screaming at me, accusing my cat, Furby, of having killed these birds, which she did not. On another occasion, dead birds were scattered around the base of a tree close to my apartment. Again, my cat, Furby, was falsely accused. This use of dead birds was an attempt to "justify" attacking my cat Furby, or another attempt to "play survival of the fittess". Yet another example of what DOXXED from my attempts was to inform law enforcement would be my attempts to identify a man I observed at the Salt Lake library after my property was confiscated. He was a lean red headed man and I thought he looked quite a bit like a television actor from the 1960's show "lost in Space.". The Ruth Ozeki "Book of Form and Emptiness" makes this exact reference. Libraries being public property, I would assume that there are cameras monitoring the inside of the premises, but I have been continually told that there is no evidence. The refusal of the FBI to wand the victims arm where the chip was placed as a part of investigation; a refusal to gather evidence ( 07/19/2016) A) continuing threats to kill the victim and "rearrange" the victims face J) any other attempt to enslave, subordinate, or subjugate the victim or remove the basic rights of the victim, including HIPAA Act violations K) the theft of $5000 in savings' belonging to the victim, the theft of furniture miscellaneous personal items belonging to the victim including bank account and insurance information, identifying legal information, ID's, disability information including SSA audits-(I,  the victim, has been forced onto disability by scheme members since the age of 27, although I wanted very much to be educated and work) from around 2008-2010, legal contracts such as leases and student loan information, bank account and tax information,  P.P.O's, educational certificates and diplomas, licenses; including National Board certification for Massage Therapy, $400, as well as her college degree. (The victim was told by members that if she wanted to use her college degree or continue on to grad school, she would have to capitulate with the police cult. She was also told repeatedly that she had no rights and that she was being dominated) Items relevant to the victims personal and family history, theft of which is violation of 18 US Code 2071 The theft of the victims clothing; the theft of veterinary records from Town and Country Vet at 1220 So. State St. in Salt Lake City UT 84111 When the victim reported the abuse to the veterinarian, Dr. Gary Peterson, the Dr. stated that he did not have a mandate to report the abuse. Also stolen; microchip information, such as the location of the pets' microchips, for all three pets, as well as adoption records, the theft of veterinary records for four stray animals that the disabled victim rescued and had treated while she attended school and worked, in spite of her disability, L) the refusal of Federal Agents to assist the victim in any and all matters pertaining to the above and following complaints. After agents called upon the victim themselves, (Feb. 2016) the victim was repeatedly called an "idiot" and other obnoxious names and insulting, threatening comments were made, including threats of gang rape, and dog fighting rings. The victim was told to "quit eating food" & " you're not one of us" and "be a cop", "you run your own porn company" & "laissez-faire government" (laissez-faire government is unconstitutional) "make porn" "you run your own porn company" and then it was stated to the victim "I'm god!", in the FBI office, in front of Federal Agents, by Lt. Col David Grossman. Grossman identifies himself as a Lt. Col., although he is well under 4'10 - no taller than a child. This person has also identified himself as Mark Marinette, Marco Martini, and Larry Flynt (ICONS video series on social media) and claims to be a member of the OTO, hate group, Church of Satan, Catholic Church, and any other hedonistic fantasy role playing group. The victim recalls being drugged and abducted from Salt Lake City, Ut, into Chicago and Cheboygan MI, where she suspects she was a victim of sexual abuse which may have been recorded and sold as adult film. Her companion animal was abducted with her, and she suspects was a victim of sexual abuse and abuse also, including in the Salt Lake area. Again, the abuse seems to have been recorded and possibly sold as porn. The victim also recalled having been told that she would have to suffer and would be sent to a special needs school - AIM - in Michigan as part of her punishment for being kidnapped and raped. Other persons identifying with these groups include the victims eldest and now disowned sibling, Constance Marie Kolaski:, against whom the victim filed a complaint (240070)., Erica (Kolaski) Wilkerson, Dr. Jerome Suidara, all of Cheboygan MI; Jonathan Dewegeli of Salt Lake City Utah; the victims neighbor at 1808 E. Kamala Harris, Presidental candidate, who witnessed or participated in the removal of the victims recording of the repeated burglary of her home and the abuse of her cats from the Fed Ex store on 34 W. Erie St. in Chicago in the spring of 2020. A man calling himself "Dr." Anthony Marr, of Vancouver B.C., who did witness or himself did withdraw so much blood from one of the victims' cats that the cat seized. I admitted later to friends and family that I was confused by the scene and even laughed, but that the incident was in fact not funny and I that I continued to care for the animals and intended to keep them and did not want the abuse in my life; I cut all ties to "Dr." Marr, who claims on social media to have 3 PH..D.'s, but is just a pornographer. M) the victim was told, while at the FBI and by Kolaski family members, if she left the Chicago area, she would have to "suffer for what (she) took" - a reference to free food distributed in the Chicago area. The victim is an atheist and anti-theist but was told she had no choice but to accept beliefs that are offensive to her, including animal abuse. Religious persecution is grounds for asylum or refugee status through the United Nations.  We the undersigned hereby request, based on the preceding alleged statements made in the FBI office at 2111 W. Roosevelt, Chicago IL, that the mental health of the persons having made the alleged statements be investigated so as to determine the necessity of psychiatric surgery on the abusers. Also, the complicity of Federal agents in exposing the victim to cult members even after they had killed her pets, which is considered stalking. 18 US code 2261A   Immediately following the last burglary of the victim's home, in which the victim's dog was abducted, and one of the two cats killed, the disabled victim was forced as far as Chandler Arizona by a man identified as Lt Col. David Grossman, of the 'Killology' book series; then left both derelict and homeless and is not yet permanently housed. The victim met Grossman and his wife Hilde on Facebook. Grossman persistently called her while her injured cat was near death, at the So. S.L.C. address. After the cat was finally put down, Grossman said he "and his wife" wanted to help me, that he would come to S.L.C. to bury the cat, because the animal hospital did not dispose of corpses. I was told to put the cat in the freezer. Then my power was shut off, and I lost contact with Grossman because of a dead cell phone. Grossman arrived anyway, said he would bury the cat, yelled at me to get int the car. I inquired about the possibility of getting my dog, which I could hear barking from another apartment. Grossman told me to get in the car. It is in Arizona that the victim's Siamese was stolen. The victim was told to leave in the middle of the night and the door was slammed in her face and she could not get her cat. N) In the SRO in which the victim was residing prior to 08/31/21, at 30 W Chicago Ave in Chicago IL, it has come to the attention of the victim that small animals may have been killed in the rooms: left rotting in abandoned rooms, causing terrible smells. In one such incident, in the room next to the victims (1114) in which a woman whose name may be "Dot", who may have been in violation of the PPO issued against Ron Baker, was briefly residing, (Feb. of 2016) an animal was killed (sounded like a cat) and the blood spread around in circles on the common bathroom floor, which is shared by all tenants on that floor. There was blood on mirrors and fixtures and left in the toilet. The animal left in the locked room next to the victim was not removed for days, Fluids were emerging from under the door into the hallway, in spite of the victims' complaints. When the animal died it was left rotting and a terrible stench went through the entire floor. I, the victim, was not allowed by Holsten staff, who blocked the door to my room with their bodies so I could not exit into the hallway, to see the animal and identify it. Many calls were made by the victim to have the corpse removed; an employee of the SRO finally took the animal out in a trash bag. The victim was not allowed to identify the animal. No arrest has ever been made, no one was written up by the victim's former residence, an SRO which is managed by Holstein Human Capital Development 1034 W Montrose, Chicago IL INFO@HHCD.ORG (312-274-9144) The OIG of HUD in Washington D.C. was also contacted by the victim in regard to this matter and have yet to respond. The OIG of HUD has yet to respond to my complaints of being displaced from the home I am legally entitled to by intruders. Nor has the OIG of HUD responded to my complaint that I was told I would have to suffer for what I am legally entitled to, by scheme members. SSA OIG has also not responded to these allegations, not even during the audit. The OIG of the Department of Justice has also not responded to my complaints. The victim hereby requests that the mental health of the persons involved in the illegal slaughter of animals in this SRO, as well as in the previous incidents, be investigated, as well as the need for psychiatric surgery on the animal abusers be evaluated.  O) threats were made against the victim on a previous occasion; that if the victim did not leave her residence when told too by the cult/ Klan/ Ponzi scheme 18 US Code 1341 she would be locked inside during demolition. Finally, in the case that the statute of limitations may have expired in these incidents, we the undersigned hereby request that a thorough investigation be made into the willful neglect of duty on behalf of police and FBI, and the OIG's of SSA, HUD and the DOJ, in regard to this case. FBI/police have endangered the victim still further; with callous indifference and reckless disregard and have subverted justice. Failing to gather evidence and file charges, thereby preventing the possibility of any lawsuit or any criminal charges being filed. Any possible obstruction of justice, bribery, racketeering, and any disloyalty towards the United States or it laws by police and federal agents must be investigated. Any favoritism towards Klan/cult/Ponzi scheme 18 US Code 1341, members must be investigated, and the appropriate charges pressed in all of these matters. Charges must be pressed in all violations of P.P. O's, the incidents reported JB240070 and JB309372, (victim assaulted while FBI stood outside and watched) and JE297922, for example.
