As you may know, as of May 1st, Change.org is implementing a mandatory arbitration agreement clause. Added to this clause is an option to "opt out". I am not now, nor will I later be, amenable to arbitration in this matter. I have been faced with arbitration and the "alternative to justice" on more than one occasion. These arbitration meetings were really nothing more than bullying sessions, and as, I have described in this petition, actually turned violent.  For example, I was punched hard enough in the stomach to throw up blood; I also had a couple of toes broken - INSIDE of Salt Lake City's Fourth District courthouse, Judge Joesph C. Fratto presiding. I have had my personal files on this computer broken into and evidence of the animal abuse -videos and photos- as well as of the subsequent harassment - removed just recently. I have been looking into starting my own website recently, and without having launched, have already received thinly veiled threats to "break (my) website"! I was vaguely warned, with a simple wrist wiggle, of impending injury, just days before I broke my wrist and ended up in the ER for surgery. And of course, all my personal effects, around $50,000 worth, are gone due to EWC:  expropriation without compensation. No effort is being made by law enforcement at any level of jurisdiction to prosecute the offenders who tortured my beloved companion animals, cats Kitty and Furby to death, and stole my dog, Romeo. Romeo is being walked around the streets of Chicago by persons unknown to me, while these people are wearing the clothes that were stolen from me. Up and down the street I live on my dog has been walked. My calls to law enforcement are typically responded to with "no evidence." without any effort being made by police to investigate. All of the issues I described in my petition and updates. All of these things still need to change, and no serious attempt to abide by an arbitration agreement is ever going to be made by these criminals, for the simple reason that DO NOT FEAR PUNISHMENT. Without punishment, these crooks will not capitulate. They have no intention of "agreeing" with me or abiding by any legal agreement. I have been down the arbitration road before, and it was nothing but more violations of my rights. I demand real justice. I want these crooks LOCKED UP.
